Yizhou Chem is a trading company in Hohhot and an authorized distributor of Berun, China’s largest soda ash and baking soda producer by capacity. We buy soda ash and sodium bicarbonate at source from Berun’s supply plant, Inner Mongolia Berun Yingen Chemical Co., Ltd. in Alxa League, Inner Mongolia, with no monthly volume cap, and handle the export: grade, packing, the plant’s batch COA matched to the bag markings, and the shipping documents.
For South Korea we lead with industrial sodium bicarbonate for detergent and other technical uses and feed grade sodium bicarbonate (GB 7300.801-2019) for feed mills, in 25 kg bags or 1,000 / 1,100 / 1,250 kg jumbo bags. Dense soda ash in 1,000, 1,250 or 1,350 kg jumbo bags and light soda ash in 50 kg PE-lined woven bags or 1,000 / 1,250 kg jumbo bags are quoted alongside, in the same container if needed. Food grade sodium bicarbonate (GB 1886.2-2015) is quoted for food-additive importers: the producing plant is on the MFDS register of overseas manufacturing facilities for it (facility code CN000114130; see below).

Industrial grade NaHCO₃ (total alkalinity ≥ 99.0%, chloride ≤ 0.40%) for detergent and other technical uses, and feed grade NaHCO₃ to GB 7300.801-2019 (total alkalinity ≥ 99%) for feed mills, both in 25 kg bags or 1,000 / 1,100 / 1,250 kg jumbo bags, 25–27 MT per 20′ FCL. Food grade NaHCO₃ to GB 1886.2-2015 ships in the same packing for food-additive importers (MFDS registration below).
Dense soda ash ships in 1,000, 1,250 or 1,350 kg jumbo bags; light soda ash in 50 kg PE-lined woven bags or 1,000 / 1,250 kg jumbo bags. Neither soda ash grade comes in 25 kg bags. Both soda ash grades are quoted to GB/T 210-2022 Class II superior grade: total alkali (dry basis) ≥ 99.2%, NaCl ≤ 0.70%, Fe ≤ 0.0035%. Dense soda ash adds bulk density ≥ 0.90 g/mL and 180 µm residue ≥ 70%. If you are replacing another supplier, send their specification and we match the grade. Mixed-grade loading in one container is routine: each grade keeps its own batch numbers, bag markings and COA.
In 2025 South Korea imported about 282,200 t of sodium bicarbonate (HS 2836.30); main suppliers by tonnage: China 93% · Türkiye 3% · USA 1%.
